How Much Are The Postal Charges?

How long will it take to receive my purchase?
Dispatch times vary. Have a look at the dispatch times scrolling across the homepage of the website. Please note we don't dispatch parcels on a weekend.
Can I collect?
Sorry, no collections.
Why don't you include VAT in the price?
We would if we could, but unfortunatley the way the site works doesn't allow this at the moment.
If we hide the VAT in the price that is displayed it would mean we would have to charge you more ie - If we want £1.00 for an item and list it as £1.00 the site will add on 20% at checkout. Meaning you would pay £1.20. Yet if we hide the VAT charge and charge you £1.20 .. the VAT actually owed to HRMC would be 20% of £1.20 which is .24p. So in actual fact we would have to charge more to cover this. Of course there are ways round this but for practical reasons (and until the website creators can include the VAT as a seen price) we have to do it the way it is. You can go to your basket area throughout ordering to keep an eye on the VAT price.
Do you ship abroad?

Please note, if we don't hear from you within 24hrs of ordering we will cancel your order. Also note, if the courier price is higher than the price paid we will email you about this and send a paypal invoice for the extra. You can only order and pay through paypal abroad, Payment by post orders will be cancelled. Thank you

What is Soy Wax?
Soy Wax is a natural wax made from the soy bean through a hydrogenation process. Soy Wax is a favorite of the natural wax lovers for being more affordable than other natural waxes, they have a longer burn time than a paraffin wax candle and their scent throw is excellent. Soy Wax candles do not increase the CO2 level in the atmosphere and they burn cleaner (produce less soot) also a spillage of Soy Wax is much easier to clean up than paraffin wax, just hot soapy water is all you’ll need.
